From the app

This is the fastest way, and you don’t need an account:

On a pack or a sticker in the catalogue: open it and use Report.
On a person: open their profile and use Report.

You pick a reason and can add an explanation of up to 280 characters. Every character is read by a person, so short and specific really helps.

Without the app

Write to stickerfit.contact@gmail.com with the subject “Content report” and tell us:

What the content is. The name of the pack or sticker and who published it —their username, the one starting with @—, or the link if you have it. Without this we can’t find it.
What’s wrong with it. In a sentence or two.
If you are acting as a rights holder, tell us what right you hold and how to verify it.

You don’t have to identify yourself to report content, except for a rights claim, where we do need to know who is claiming.

Don’t attach the material. Telling us which one it is, is enough; forwarding it means distributing it again.

What happens next

A person looks at it. Depending on what it is, the content may be hidden from the catalogue from the first report while it is reviewed.

What is not a reason: someone reusing your work

Since version 5 of the terms, of 30 August 2026, reusing material published in this catalogue is allowed and nobody has to credit anyone (section 4.4). So «they took my stickers and published a pack with them» is not, on its own, something that can be taken down.

What is, and is worth saying when you report:

That they pass themselves off as you: using your name, your handle or your avatar so that the account reads as yours. That is impersonation.
That the material infringes rights from outside the app —a character, a logo, a photograph or someone’s face—. That is always taken down, no matter who published it first.

A report is not a guarantee of removal: the review may end with the content staying where it is. And the other way round, there is no need to insist: one clear report is enough, and several reports from the same person don’t weigh more.

If what you saw involves a risk to someone’s life or safety, also alert the authorities in your country. We are not an emergency service and we are not watching the inbox around the clock.
